I am pleased by reports that the Klein government
plans to pass a law that will allow infant children
who are injured in car accidents when they are in
the womb to sue their mother if she causes the
accident. The government's laudable decision to pass
this law proves the old adage: If you put 62 Tory
MLA's in a caucus room full of typewriters, the law
of averages dictates that they'll eventually produce
a reasonable piece of legislation.

SOME HAVE EXPRESSED concern as to whether and how
over 5,000 of Alberta’s homeless will receive Ralph
Klein’s rebate. If history is any guide, our preem
could personally visit those folks to deliver the
dough, and even throw a rousing pep talk!
